Purpose and scope
The platform is intended for IT department staff Customer: database administrators, system administrators, system architects, DevOps engineers, infrastructure and DevOps department heads and other IT professionals.
The scope of Platform is any area of public or private activity using the PostgreSQL DBMS. Platform is used in daily work to implement the functions listed in Administrator and User Manual.
Programming languages
The platform is operated using the following programming languages:
Golang,
Javascript (Angular framework),
Python,
C,
PL/pgSQL.
User Privilege Levels and Qualification Levels
The system supports the following user privilege and qualification levels, which differ in corresponding capabilities for managing the PostgreSQL DBMS and the software.:
System owner is the owner of the installed software instance. Users should be skilled in PostgreSQL DBMS administration and working with monitoring systems.
Tenant owner — has full access to one or more tenants and the namespaces and instances within these tenants. Users should be skilled in PostgreSQL DBMS administration and working with monitoring systems.
Namespace Admin — has administrative rights for managed objects (DBMS). Users should be skilled in PostgreSQL DBMS administration and working with monitoring systems.
Viewer — can only view basic information and state of admin objects. Users should have basic skills with PostgreSQL DBMS and working with monitoring systems.

The procedures and techniques outlined above are only applicable after the Client has officially purchased a license for the relevant software from Developer.
The Developer assumes no liability for any damage or loss, including loss of income, caused directly or indirectly by intentional or incidental unauthorized use of the outlined procedures and techniques. Either the Developer’s technology partners or qualified personnel who have completed the required technical training provided by the Developer or its technology partners shall use these materials.
These techniques and procedures are not intended to ensure the physical security of the servers on which the Developer software is to be installed.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the security of the installation, the use of the Developer’s software and the associated infrastructure.
